We store submissions in secure, access-controlled systems and never sell your data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message, or by replying to any email.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to the Creator Spark newsletter we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. We use this information to send you the newsletter and occasional marketing emails containing YouTube growth advice, business updates and relevant offers.

• Lawful basis: your consent, given via an unticked checkbox at signup. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• How to unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply asking us to remove you.
• Processors: our email delivery provider and Google Sheets (data storage). [Owner to confirm final email provider.]
• International transfers: data may be processed outside the United Kingdom by our processors under appropriate safeguards.
• Retention: we keep newsletter records for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence consent and handle unsubscribe requests.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us to exercise these.
• Complaints: you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
